Terms of Service

ApplaiQ finds job openings that match your profile and drafts application materials for you. It is currently a free beta: features may change, and usage is limited per day so we can keep it free.

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything we generate for you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. Only upload documents you have the right to use.

Resumes, cover letters, scores and outreach messages are produced by AI and can contain mistakes. Review everything before you send it, and never submit claims about your experience that aren't true. Job listings come from third-party sites; we can't guarantee a role is still open or accurately described.

Don't misuse the service: no automated scraping of ApplaiQ, no attempts to get around usage limits, no using it to send spam or to misrepresent yourself to employers.

We work hard to improve your chances, but we can't promise interviews or offers. The service is provided “as is” during the beta, to the extent the law allows.

You can stop using ApplaiQ and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
